Dine. Sleep. Explore.

MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND:

The Historic Site & Exhibits will be open daily from 8:30am-5pm.
Please note that we stop selling tickets at 4pm and expect a higher volume of visitors so we recommend you purchase your admissions in advance. Please pay close attention to the details as you make your reservation and on your confirmation regarding arriving 30 minutes prior to the selected time. Late arrivals are not guaranteed access to the "Big House" exhibit if that is the ticket you purchase. We look forward to your visit.

** Please be advised that since Uber availabilty in Oak Alley's area is not currently available, it is advised that you find another means of transportation.    Oak Alley Plantation is not responsible for getting you to your next destination if you arrive by Uber.   We are not available RV overnight parking.

Explore more of the local culture.

Visitors can extend their visit to the area and experience more of the River Region.

Local restaurants offer cajun/creole cuisine, another way visitors can get a "taste" of the history of this region.

With so much to see and do near Oak Alley, visitors are encouraged to "stay a while" and spend the night in the area.  Hotels, small inns, overnight cottages and quaint bed & breakfasts are a great enhancement to your visit to Louisiana and this area.

Area attractions include other historic estates, swamp tours and family adventures, just to name a few.

Below are guides that will help you plan your trip:
